Scheduling New and Returning Sessions
Session Information:
Phone, and Zoom Sessions Only (No longer accepting new in office clients)
Schedule: Tuesday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm – Wednesday: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Thursday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Closed Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
If you call, text or email on Friday, or the weekend, I will not return your call until the following Tuesday.
I never give refunds for any session. I will only honor with another session.
My policy is you must give 48 hours notice to cancel your session.

New Sessions:
My policy is if you have not had a session in the past 12 months, you must sign up and book as a new client.
For new client sessions, go to the new client registration at the bottom of the page.
Returning Sessions:
My policy is if you have not had a session in the past 12 months, you must book as a new client. For NEW clients, go to new client registration below
For existing clients scheduling return sessions (return sessions are for clients who have been seen within the year), click the "Schedule Now" button.
Scheduling as A NEW CLIENT Phone or Zoom
Before scheduling your session, please read and complete the following:
- You will be charged for your first session at time of scheduling. Introductory session rate is $330 for 60 minutes.
- When you schedule your session you will be asked to sign a Client Service Agreement form.
- For phone sessions, also email your picture to cathleen@cathleenlbalfour.com.
- Click on the “Schedule Now” button to schedule your appointment.
